Mint Chip Smoothie

Gluten free & vegan healthy mint chip smoothie recipe created by me below.


Ingredients:

~ 1 cup frozen cauliflower

~ 2 frozen bananas

~ 2 cups frozen spinach

~ 1 scoop pea protein powder (optional)

~ 1 tbsp hemp hearts

~ 1 tsp vanilla

~ 1 tbsp agave syrup

~ Pinch of salt

~ 1/2 to 1 tsp peppermint extract (depending on strength) or handful of fresh mint leaves

~ 1 to 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk

~ 1/4 cup fair-trade organic cacao nibs


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except cacao nibs in blender until smooth (add more milk for weaker blenders).

  2. Stir in cacao nibs before serving.
