White Clover Iced Tea

Gluten free & vegan foraged white clover iced tea recipe created by me below.


Ingredients:

~ 1 cup white clover blossoms

~ 3 1/2 cups boiling water

~ Natural sweetener (maple syrup, honey, agave), to taste

~ Lemon wedges, to serve

Directions:

  1. Place clover blossoms in a large glass jar.

  2. Pour over boiling water.

  3. Let steep for 4 hours.

  4. Strain out blossoms & stir in sweetener, if desired.

  5. Refrigerate & serve with lemon wedges once chilled.
