Gluten free & vegan banana peel bacon, recipe created by me below.

Ingredients:
~ Peel from 2 very ripe organic bananas, cut into strips
~ 2 tbsp soy sauce
~ 1 tbsp maple syrup
~ 1/2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
~ 1/2 tsp garlic granules/powder
~ 1 to 2 tbsp sustainable vegetable oil
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, maple syrup & spices in a dish.
Marinate peels for about 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan & add peels to fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Remove from pan & drain on a cooling rack (the peels will become crispier once drained).
