Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

Gluten free & vegan healthy pumpkin pie smoothie bowl recipe created by me below.



Ingredients:

~ 1 cup frozen cauliflower

~ 2 frozen bananas

~ 3/4 cups pumpkin puree

~ 1 scoop pea protein powder (optional)

~ 1 tbsp hemp hearts

~ 1 tsp vanilla

~ 2 tbsp maple syrup

~ 1/2 tsp cinnamon

~ 1/4 tsp nutmeg

~ 1/4 tsp ground ginger

~ Pinch of salt

~ 1/2 cup plant-based milk


Toppings

~ Handful pumpkin spice granola*

~ 1 tbsp pepita seeds

~ 1 tbsp shredded coconut

~ Coconut whipped cream

~ Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth (add more milk for weaker blenders).

Pour into a bowl & add toppings.
