Ketchup à la Raw

Gluten free & vegan ketchup à la raw, recipe below.


Ingredients:

~ 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes

~ 1/4 cup oil from sun-dried tomato jar (top off with olive oil if needed)

~ 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes

~ 1 tbsp grated ginger

~ 1 tsp garlic

~ 2 tbsp maple syrup

~ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

~ 1 tsp sea salt

~ 1 tbsp chopped sweet onion


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
